Remembering...
Dear God, can it really be that CIT was now almost ten months ago. Today You pressed upon my heart to go back through my notebook and review a lot of the things that you really convicted me about. But first, I had to include a song that I love--the theme song from The Wilds '05.

Some quotes during the sessions on Joseph's life really caught my attention. With some of the things that you have been doing in my life recently, reviewing them has been very encouraging.
During Joseph's stay at Potiphar's house, he was faced with a lot of adversity and temptations, but he never gave in to sin.
"Your place of greatest ministry is your place of greatest pressure."
"God does not use people who cannot say 'no' to themselves."
Repeatedly, Joseph saw his life thrown up in the air, but he never lost his faith in God. He knew that God's plan is always best.
"God doesn't need our permission for Him to mess up our lives."
Joseph went through way more difficulties that I have been through, but He continued to do what was right and focus on how he could help others.
"You can't be obsessed with your own misery and have any ministry."
Thank you, Father, for these wonderful reminders of how You are constantly working in my life.

All those are soo true and so good. I am very convicted by the statment that Joseph was faced with many temptations but he never gave into sin. I give an WAY TO OFTEN. And God forgives but I still really need to increase my faith and honor God in ALL I do. Please pray for me and my resisting of temptations.

Thnx Kd, I really needed that. I like the one quote about God not using ppl who can't say no to themselves. It' soooo true!
